ABOUT ME

​

I am an artist, teacher and mother. I grew up in a small town surrounded by fields of chamomile, rows of lemon and eucalyptus sown by my grandfather. Healers and home remedies were a natural way  to  cope and recover from common illnesses. However, I had not recognized it until after having a bicycle accident that, not improving under Western doctors and faced with their solution through surgery, I  met an alternative doctor who gave me the option of acupressure. Within a few weeks I found myself painting again. Not only disconcerted the doctors, it also awakened something in me. Later, I experienced a similar sensation after a series of Reiki sessions. The nurturing support received touched something profound and unexpected. I remembered those sessions as gentle, mysterious, but above all, for a deep feeling of being Home and a longing to know more.

 

Although it remained in the background for a couple of years, that spark ignited under the guidance of a spiritual teacher who encouraged me to practice Reiki and with whom Oneness Reiki was born. It was experienced at that moment that Reiki is a practice of being present with what Is, a practice of re-discovering our True Nature.

 

Throughout the years I certified Reiki Master by NCBTMB and aromatherapist by NAHA, had multiple trainings on diverse healing techniques and received personalized Reiki mentoring from a medical intuitive and healer practitioner.

 

Since then, I committed myself to the Direct Path of Oneness Healing, to transmit the benefits of Reiki, aromatherapy and others healing practices, to encourage the Ones suffering, in pain or immersed on challenging life situations,  to choose the loving path of healing, to uncover the natural harmony of being, their own True Nature.

 

I live and work in Brooklyn with two super-teenagers that have some genes from this body and Pimpollo, that looks like a dog but is Pure Love and who, at six in the afternoon, push down our phones to go play. And, I am finishing a new course on aromatherapy from an Ayurvedic approach that is powerful! with so much to learn and share from, mentoring new artists in public schools and doing delicious! popcorn, who is much appreciated for many, specially, Pimpollo.
